Who is Augie? What is a woobie? Augie or August is my son. He is my wild child who has a very soft side. He has to take his woobie everywhere he goes. If he can get more than 1, he does. Big and small, any color will do. So what is a Woobie? There is no definition in a Webster dictionary, but if you search around you will find many slang uses. The most famous woobie is in the movie Mr. Mom when Kenny has to part with his (a blanket). Basically a woobie is anything that is cute, cuddly and/or something you love. My Woobie – a great pair of Christian Louboutin shoes… and my family. My daughter has her “Blue Dog” and my husband – that would be his grill! What is your favorite Woobie?
