Return Policy

Please note - I will be out of the office Thurs. Sept. 22, 2011 thru Sept. 27, 2011. All Items will ship priority mail by Sept 28th. There will not be any overnight deliveries until I return. Thank you for your understanding and I appreciate your business.

Customer satisfaction is TOP priority at Beautiful Baby Kidswear and we want to make sure your child stays beautiful. Our merchandise is highly fashionable as well as seasonal. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and recognize that sometimes things just don’t turn out the way we want them to, so we have implemented the following return/exchange policy:

Within 14 days of receipt of merchandise, we will credit your original method of payment, minus the shipping and handling charges. There will be a 10% restocking fee as well. Any item returned after 14 days are for exchanges or store credit only. All articles must be in their original condition with tags still attached; worn articles are not returnable. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be given after 21 days from date you receive package. Preorders are exchange or store credit only within 21 days. All sale items, promotional items and swimwear are final sales and non-returnable. We do not pay shipping on return items.

Any items returned from a promotional free shipping rate will be charged the shipping rate if return item makes original sale drop below $100.00.

If you are exchanging your merchandise for another item please be aware that shipping fees will also apply to your exchange.

Gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit. You must supply the name of the purchaser in order for us to locate the original receipt.

We would also like to note that some of our children's apparel is quite delicate and may not hold up well with active toddlers. We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up after being worn. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

When returning/exchanging an item please Email us at Info@BeautifulBabyKidswear.com or Call 281-679-7441 for an RA# (return Authorization #). Please pack and seal the return securely and include packing slip. Make sure RA # is on outside of box as well as on packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid-we cannot accept CODs.
